Lavy Lemonade
Hard Seltzer
We’ve got some Hard Lemonade for sale! And look at that color! That beautiful, natural color comes from the use of an insane amount of lavender pods that we use to brew a ginormous, fresh batch of lavender tea, that then gets blended with our lemonade-style seltzer. It drinks pretty balanced, with the acidity and sweetness hitting at just the right level, and then a soft tannic hit of dryness from the lavender. Enjoy straight out of the can, or pour over ice. Also legit with a dram of Old Tom Gin.

'Lil Kang
An American Light Lager
Now listen here, y’all. We all know that one beer struttin’ around callin’ itself the “King of Beers”? Well, let’s be honest…maybe it’s time for that ol’ fella to pass the crown, yeah? To say, this 'lil guy right here? He’s the Kang! Light, crispy, and goes down smoother than the guitar solo in Free Bird. It’s the ultimate refreshin’ lager to sip with your favorite Pallys™ while you’re grillin' dogs or watchin’ the neighbor accidentally set off fireworks a smidge too early. With a focus on super cold crushability, this American Lager’s the only thang that'll do the trick this 4th of July! (and of course, any ol’ scorcher of a day when you’re sweat’n like a sinner in church) We don’t wanna ruffle any royal feathers here, but this thang just may be…dare we say…the Kang of beers!

Poolsner
An Eas Drinkin' Lager Beer
Originally brewed to celebrate the wonderful art of drink’n straight out of the can while float’n in a lazy river with your favorite Pallys™️ up in Paso! So since that’s wildly specific, let’s focus on the beer. Well, it’s an American Pils through and through, where the hop bitterness is deliciously noticeable, but still easy on your taste buds, and the hop character (coming from Crystal hops out of Oregon) is lovingly nuanced from sniff to sip. The body remains light and the beer stays easy drink’n. You can think about it all you want, or just slam it down and ask for another. Your choice.

West Coast Pils w/ Nelson, Nectaron, Citra & Krush
West Coast Pils w/ Nelson, Nectaron, Citra, & Krush
Give me more of these please! Layered with some of our favorite hop varieties for the style, the lager yeast really helps to accent the tropical fruit character found in them, so the result is really enticing in the aromatics. From sniff to sip, think grapefruit marmalade, lemongrass, and Sauv Blanc.

It’s our series of beers highlighting the extremes of one single hop variety, double dry hopped to overload the senses with all of what it is. This batch uses our lot of Nelson Bliss from our pals at @freeestylehops , a blended varietal where they mix together an early harvest lot of Nelson Sauvin with a late harvest lot of Nelson Sauvin, in order to try to get the best of both worlds. Saison For Papa
It's a Hoppy French-Style saison w/ Petit Blanc
Papa has been dreaming of this one for a while! It first got put onto paper, and now it’s here in liquid form! Although we don’t brew this style often, we thought it was the perfect time to do so given how wonderfully warm this summer weather has been. Papa wanted to focus on all French ingredients on this one to keep it as authentic as possible. Using pilsner malt from Champagne, a French saison yeast strain, and Petit Blanc hops, which were originally grown in the Champagne-Ardenne region near Burgundy. At first glance, you’ll notice the pure white pillowy head that everyone associates with saison. The aroma gives off bright lemony citrus along with an array of peppercorn and mild clove. The palate comes off fresh and spritzy, with a firm bitterness that carries it through the perceived sweetness of the yeast character. Finishing clean and dry, it begs for another sip… and another… and another! Magnifique! 🥂

Super Fruited Smoothie (Sour?) w/ Peach, Strawberry, Banana, & Acai
Super Fruited Smoothie w/ White Peach, Strawberry, Banana, & Tangerine
A huge addition of white peaches builds the base, with the strawberries adding all of those yummy smoothie vibes, some pureed banana for some texture, and a hit of tangerines to fresh’n the whole thing up. You probably already know this, but these things consist of 50% fruit and 50% beer. Just craaaazy! The result is like a freak’n Fruit Roll Up! But like blended up with some Kern’s Nectar, and spiked with the perfect level of booze.

Double Dry-Hopped Pliny the Elder
Russian River Brewing Company / DDH Double IPA
Pliny the Elder was one of the first commercially brewed Double IPAs created by Vinnie in 1999 while the brewery was still owned by Korbel Winery. In 2020, we brewed Pliny for President by taking the original recipe and adding a 2 step double dry-hop (DDH) process. This beer was a huge hit with not only beer enthusiasts but the entire RRBC crew! So we decided to bring it back in 2021 with DDH Pliny the Elder. The original Pliny and DDH Pliny both have the same hop bill, while the amount of dry hops is roughly doubled in the DDH Pliny. The original Pliny is dry-hopped on day 7 with about 2 pounds per barrel, and DDH Pliny is dry-hopped on day 1 and again on day 6 for a total of about 4 pounds per barrel. This double dry-hopping process adds even more flavor, complexity, hop aroma, and freshness to the beer.

STS PILS
Russian River Brewing Company / German-Style Pilsner
STS Pils is a classic German-style pilsner but with a Russian River twist, this is because we dry hop this beer with a small amount of European hops. It is straw in color and will often have a slight haze due to the fact that there is a small amount of yeast left in the beer. This beer is hop-forward with a firm malt foundation, strong lager yeast characteristic, and a dry, bitter finish. It is often said that Pilsner is a study in purity, simplicity, and cleanliness of flavor. It should also be noted that water can make the difference between a good beer and a great beer when adjusted properly. We use a distinct water profile for STS Pils, which contributes to the crisp minerality in the finish.
A truly great Pilsner is a difficult beer to perfect, as its light crisp flavor profile leaves little room for error. Modern brewing techniques (such as open-top fermentation) and old-world traditions create the distinct qualities in STS Pils.
