Lavy Lemonade
A Sparkling Hard Seltzer w/ Lemonade & Lavender
We’ve got some Hard Lemonade for sale! And look at that color! That beautiful, natural color comes from the use of an insane amount of lavender pods that we use to brew a ginormous, fresh batch of lavender tea, that then gets blended with our lemonade-style seltzer. It drinks pretty balanced, with the acidity and sweetness hitting at just the right level, and then a soft tannic hit of dryness from the lavender. Enjoy straight out of the can, or pour over ice. Also legit with a dram of Old Tom Gin.

Pierre's Paloma
A Paloma-Style Hard Seltzer
Inspired by the Paloma cocktail, Pierre has been hard at work these last few months trying to create the most perfect version of this yummo refresher using only the purest ingredients. Pink grapefruit juice, lots of grapefruit zest, and cane sugar come together with just the right amount of booze, acidity, and richness for that perfect sip of vacation vibes. You can enjoy this one at our spot, or take home cans to enjoy at yours. Served with a 'lil ice and a fresh grapefruit wheel.

Naked And Famous Fizz
Hard Seltzer
We got together with the good good people at Tip Top Proper Cocktails and dreamed, and dreamed, until we came up with this super delish magic fizz! We took inspo from their canned Naked & Famous cocktail, dreaming of it of it as a tall, lower abv, super carbonated version of itself, instead of the strong sipping cocktail that it is. We started with a 100% Blue Agave fermentation, hit it with smoked citrus, and a range of Alpine and Aperitivo botanicals. The result? Beautifully burnt orange in color, with lots of fine bubbles, and insanely refreshing! The balance between the fresh lime, saffron, herbal, (very delicate waft of) smoke, and its firm acidity in the finish, make it a summer time delight!

Summer G&T '25
A Gin & Tonic-Style Seltzer
Conditioned on a bed of fresh spruce tips, and then hit with a dab of cane sugar sweetness, lime, tangerine, juniper, and quinine so that this thing sing songs of Suuuuuuumer! Not your classic G&T, where the juniper jumps out of the glass, but instead that juniper nestles in with those others ingredients as a compliment to create something more contemporary and oh so refreshing. Served over ice with a lime wheel.

It's A Bad Day To Be In A Bad Mood
West Coast Pils w/ Krush
Quick story. So I was out getting ice cream one day with the kiddos. I love ice cream. But I did not love the bill I was given. It was like $30 for 2 ice creams. Well, yeah, of course the kids got all the toppings mixed in, but that’s because the person working asked the kids, not me, if they wanted them! So there I was, paying for this massively priced bill, and the ice cream scooping worker, who couldn’t have been a day over 20, looks right through me, hands me a lollipop, and says “it’s a bad day to be in a bad mood”. Tasting notes? Rainbow sherbet, guava sorbet, pineapple tidbits, and a fistful of sprinkles. (There is no ice cream in this one)

All Outta Angst
West Coast IPA w, Mosaic, Nelson Bliss, Nectaron & Dank Terps
This one comes in with a lovely blend of carefully selected hops that work together with some yummo terpenes from our pals at @abstraxhops . The terps used in this are organic compounds made from botanicals that smell like cannabis and hops. Tasting notes? Think super fresh nugs, grapefruit oil, Mary Jane, kiwi, and a linger of the devil’s lettuce.

That Nelson Kief
California IPA w/ Nelson Kief
Our pals at @freestylehops in New Zealand have this concentrated lupulin liquid, that in many ways is similar to high quality cannabis kief, and is made at sub zero temperatures using kief from a super dope lot of Nelson hops. We used that baddie, along with a whole bunch of our hand selected Nelson pellets, within one of our super clean California IPA's. The result is super yummo with super bright kiwi, pineapple, diesel, and green grapes.

'Member Rakau?

Well, living in the past isn’t always good, but this beer is! this beer is that beer, but modernized with the most legit Mosaic from @colemanag and Rakau from @freestylehops . Tasting notes? Think ruby red grapefruit, kiwi, the devil’s lettuce, and blueberries.

*A New Path To Pave*
A West Coast IPA w/ Mosaic, Krush & Rakau
If you’re not making any changes, there’s no way it can get any better. Keepin’ that color pale and those hops pop’n, this one leans into a blend of 2 parts of Pacific Northwest and one part New Zealand grown hops. The result is super bright on the citrus (think mandarin and key lime) vibes, with some yummo fresh strawberry hit, and some of the devil’s lettuce in the long hoppy linger.

I Knew That Years Ago
California DIPA w/Mosaic & Strata
Son: Look, Dad, I'm not looking for another diatribe about how awesome clear beer is, but can you tell me what we've got here?
Dad: Well, it's clear and bitter, and doesn't use any crystal malt so the hops shine like crazy! Smells like ripe cantoloupe, fresh spun cotton candy, and those white gummy bears that you love so much. It's got a full hoppy bitterness that hits from the initial sip, and a dab of hop resin that lingers into the clean finish.
Son: I don't get it.
Dad: You never will.

DDH Among Many
DDH Hazy IPA w/ Nelson, Ekuanot, Moetueka, Mosaic, Strata & Sabro
Another fun project! We focused our attention on using a lot of different hop varieties, all at varying amounts, so that each variety could play to its own strength, all for the goal of trying to create a non-fruited beer, with as much vibrant fruit character as possible! Well, I'm happy to report, the experiment was a success and this time it’s double dry hopped! Tasting Notes: it’s a citrus salad, with all sorts of yummy bits of orange, lemon, and grapefruit popping out. The linger is all lychee and nectarine.

Musical Pocket
DDH Hazy DIPA w/ Citra, Simcoe & Mosaic
We hit this one with a heavy dose of Mosaic Cryo in the whirlpool, and then a lovely blend of Citra and Simcoe in the dry hop. The result in the glass hits with all the ripe tropical fruit you could hope for in aroma and flavor, with layers of pineapple juice, fruit loops, and Cactus Cooler.

Just Two Things...Citra & Krush!
DDH Hazy DIPA w/ Citra & Krush
Another release in our series of beers highlighting how the combination of two hop varieties can create something extra special together. Our hand selected Citra combines with the somewhat recently named Krush. Milky pale yellow in color, and craaaaaazy aromatic! Think about eating white peach skins, crushing Bellini’s, yummo soft serve Dole Whipssss, drinking watermelon Agua Fresca, a squeeze of yuzu juice, and endless descriptions of fruit. It’s wild.

Uncle Dave's Fave
An English Bitter on Nitro
One of our favorite regulars, Dave Naylor, is an avid Homebrewer that brings in some of our favorite homebrews to share with all of us. He tends to make a lot of English-style beers that are great on cask, so we worked together on this English Classic that uses all the lovely @simpsonsmalt Maris Otter and Crystal Malts, along with whole leaf Strata from our pals at @indiehops .
Dave says…. "What an awesome opportunity for me, after a recent trip to Wales ??????? where I grew up! Well here it is: “Dave’s Fave” Best Bitter! The National drink of England & Wales ???????! A malt-forward, balanced and flavorful, yet refreshing session beer. Goes well with fish and chips, meat pies, and gloomy wet weather!
