Sparkling Hard Seltzer w/ Lavender & Lemon
We’ve got some Hard Lemonade for sale! And look at that color! That beautiful, natural color comes from the use of an insane amount of lavender pods that we use to brew a ginormous, fresh batch of lavender tea, that then gets blended with our lemonade-style seltzer. It drinks pretty balanced, with the acidity and sweetness hitting at just the right level, and then a soft tannic hit of dryness from the lavender. Enjoy straight out of the can, or pour over ice. Also legit with a dram of Old Tom Gin.

A Paloma-Style Hard Seltzer
Inspired by the Paloma cocktail, Pierre has been hard at work these last few months trying to create the most perfect version of this yummo refresher using only the purest ingredients. Pink grapefruit juice, lots of grapefruit zest, and cane sugar come together with just the right amount of booze, acidity, and richness for that perfect sip of vacation vibes. You can enjoy this one at our spot, or take home cans to enjoy at yours. Served with a 'lil ice and a fresh grapefruit wheel.

West Coast Pils w/ Citra & Mosaic
Yep, we hear you loud and clear! You've been asking for more super hoppy lagers, and we've got one more for you. Our West Coast Pilsner brings you all the big hoppy flavor and aroma that you like in IPA, but the drinkability and lower abv of what you're diggin' in a stronger Pils. This one gets hit with a heavy dry hop of Citra and Mosaic, and a sprinkle of Strata.

Collab w/Breakside// A Breakside-Style Rice IPA
Look, you can’t be fancy aaaaaall the time. Sometimes you just gotta cook at home to save a handful of Benjamin’s, instead of eating at Noma for the 5th night in a row! So, Ben Edmunds and your favorite Pallys™️ at Green Cheek kept ourselves in line on this batch of WCIPA, and didn’t go double (or even triple) dry hopped so that we could keep that pricing at the right spot for ya’ll. We used a bunch of rice to create a VERY pale color and a light bodied base, and poured in all the yummiest hops we could get our hands on, along with this yummo new hop/botanical liquid to keep those aromatics HIGH. Tasting notes? Think fresh kiwi, pineapple whips, and fresh yuzu.

DDH West Coast IPA w/ Krush Cryo, Rakau, Mosaic Cryo, Citra & Nelson
When West Coast IPA died, the corpse just got up and danced! Started DJ’n too. At least that’s what we think happened. We weren’t actually even there, but a friend of ours said that’s how it went down, and so we believe it cause we want to believe it. I guess that makes us dreamers? Tasting notes? Think white grapefruit oils, fresh guava, and strawberry candy.

Nelson!!! (It's What We Like Here)
West Coast IPA w/ 100% Nelson Hops
We cranked this batch up a bit, using this legit lot of Nelson Bliss, which is this fun project from @freestylehops where they harvest 1/2 of the lot early and 1/2 of the lot late and then blend it together to try create the best Nelson possible. So yeah, we used that! Along with a bunch of Nelson Cryo, and double dry hopped too, in order to try to create our own best Nelson character possible! Tasting notes? Think lovely NZ Sauv Blanc, fresh lime, and passion fruit.

West Coast IPA w/Citra, Mosaic & Strata
You know your pals over here at GC can't stop noodle'n about all the different ways to hit an IPA. Can't stop. Won't stop. This one drinks wonderfully lean, with a pleasant dab of hoppy resin in the linger. Flavor profile? Think blueberry muffins, spruce tips and fresh cut strawberries.

Hazy IPA w/ Nelson, Ekuanot, Motueka, Mosaic, Strata & More
Another fun project! We focused our attention on using a lot of different hop varieties, all at varying amounts, so that each variety could play to its own strength, all for the goal of trying to create a non-fruited beer, with as much vibrant fruit character as possible! Well, I'm happy to report, the experiment was a success and this time it’s double dry hopped! Tasting Notes: it’s a citrus salad, with all sorts of yummy bits of orange, lemon, and grapefruit popping out. The linger is all lychee and nectarine.

Collab w/ @purebrewing // A DDH Murky IPA w/ Nelson
We got together with our pal Winslow and dreamed up this lil baddie, using a blend of our two different Hazy/Murky IPA styles. They sent us their selected lot of Nelson for this one, which created just a craaaaazy level of haze, and a depth of tropical fruit that is something real real special. Tasting notes? Think passionfruit, white grape, and mango sorbet.

Part of our little series of beers highlighting how the combination of two hop varieties can create something special together. We wanted to showcase our special lot of El Dorado from our friends at @cls_farms , and couple it with our hand selected Citra for a rad little pairing of greatness. Tasting notes? The result is super punchy, with layers of zesty lemon, Kerns Apricot, and pineapple rings.

Nitro Golden Milk Stout w/ Portola Coffee
We teamed up with our bud, Jeff Duggan of Portola Coffee, to bring you something that looks like a blonde ale, but tastes like a coffee milk stout! It’s full-bodied, creamy like a Portola cappuccino, and hits with flavors of fresh baked chocolate chip cookies, toasted almonds, and coffee, yep, lots of coffee! Each can is ON NITRO, so you’ll want to give it a light shake back and forth, crack it open, and then pour fast, down the side of your pint glass. *contains lactose*

Nitro Coconut Rye Stout
This lil cult favorite is finally making a comeback. Like taking a bite out of a coconut chocolate candy bar, it's full-bodied and a tad sweet from the use of chocolatey malted barley and a huge addition of real toasted coconut! Lightly shake the can a bit, and then pour fast into your favorite pint glass to experience all the creaminess that nitro brings to this tasty treat!

A Mimosa-Inspired Barrel Fermented Sour beerw/ Calamansi (Citrus)
Our lil “Puncheon Project” out of The Rave Cave in Costa Mesa is finally bearing fruit! Dreamed up by our brewing team leaders, Petey and Papa, this one is brewed with raw wheat and spelt, gets barrel fermented with our house mixed culture, hit with calamansi juice, blended to our liking, and then naturally carbonated in kegs for months until it SINGS! Inspired by day drinking mimosas on a Sunday, the calamansi citrus is front and center, with a depth of refreshing sourness and a pleasant oak tannin structure. Tasting notes? Think squirt vibes, nectarine, sandalwood, and lemon gushers.

Get all those vacationy vibes locked in with the return of this pink wonder. It's our beloved Berliner-style Weisse with an insane amount of real guava added to it during fermentation. It proudly remains super sessionable and lovingly tart and juicy, with lots of fresh Guava aromatics and flavor.

A German-Style Sour w/ Pink Salt & Magnolia Scented Tea
Our new school approach to this classic Leipzig Gose style, uses a mash of unmalted wheat and pilsner malt, as well a natural souring process, to create the perfect base to steep lots of rolled oolong tea that has been scented with magnolia flowers. It’s refreshingly sour and salty, with all the vibes of magnolia flowers and a jasmine-like character from sniff to sip.
