Sparkling Hard Seltzer w/ Lavender & Lemon
We’ve got some Hard Lemonade for sale! And look at that color! That beautiful, natural color comes from the use of an insane amount of lavender pods that we use to brew a ginormous, fresh batch of lavender tea, that then gets blended with our lemonade-style seltzer. It drinks pretty balanced, with the acidity and sweetness hitting at just the right level, and then a soft tannic hit of dryness from the lavender. Enjoy straight out of the can, or pour over ice. Also legit with a dram of Old Tom Gin.
Buddy, Friend, Homie, Pally, Amico, or whatever you call your favorite people, let’s celebrate those friendships with a Pils or two! Oh man, this batch. It’s very dry, with some herbal notes on the nose, and a fine bitterness that carries through from sip to finish.
Another Way To Play It
A Crystal Clear German-Style Hefeweizen
It’s a German-style Wheat Beer that uses all German ingredients, except for the water, that is filtered to beautiful clarity, and is also known as Kristallweizen! The yummy flavorful yeast strain that we use during fermentation creates a lovely Banana & Clove character that really makes this thing sing.
Superdelic?! In This Economy?!
A Hoppy Pils w/ Superdelic
We went against all the most popular “running a business” advice and we splurged! Using the brand new, absolutely delicious, worth every penny, New Zealand hops from our good good pal Brent of @machopsnz , this West Coast Pils is saturated with the most modern hoppy goodness from every sniff to sip. Tasting notes? The bright zesty citrus character is the star of the show, with some fresh pineapple and a dab of mango trailing behind.
What About Now?
SoCal Oat Pale Ale w/ Peacherine
This Strong Pale Ale gets a slight twist on the style with the addition of 25% Old Fashioned Oats, while still remaining relatively clear, and bringing a bit more texture to it. For 100% of the dry hop, we’ve used a super yummo lot from our pals at @freestylehops , their fairly new hop varietal Peacherine. As you may have guessed, the name of the hop comes from the huge Peach and Tangerine vibes that this hop gives off. Draft only for this one.
Collab w/ Maui Brewing Company A Session IPA w/Mosaic Cryo
Our pals at Maui Brewing put together this Session IPA recipe using malted barley from @rahrmalt and Mosaic Cryo from @yakimachief as an open call to breweries everywhere the help was needed. Brewed to help raise some dough for those affected by the fires in Maui earlier this year, you can help too, by just grabbing a pint of this one! The body is light, with a good snap of hoppy bitterness, and some sips and sniffs of Maui Wowee and fruit salad.
West Coast IPA w/ Mosiac and SImcoe
So much talk about all these new hop varieties, but what about the modern classics!? We can't forget about Simcoe! Simcoe with its pineapple and pine character mixes beautifully with the blueberry, ruby red grapefruit zest, and fresh cannabis notes of Mosaic. Lovely stuff. Built on a low color base of barley to let those hops shine through like crazy.
DDH Radiant Beauty
DDH West Coast IPA w/ Citra, Mosaic, & Simcoe
It’s our West Coast IPA that celebrates the love that we have for our beloved mascot, Cheeky! Layered with the holy trinity of hops; Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe for a radiantly clear IPA. This batch gets the double dry hop treatment for the second time, for all the yummo hop vibes you could ask for!
A Salute To Classic Beer Styles
Collab w/ Cellarmaker Brewing // A Traditional Imperial Cold DIPA w/ Mosaic, Citra Cryo, & Nectaron
It’s story time! This age-old beer style was created in the year 1839 or something, by two of the most well known brewers at the time: English Brewer Joseph Grall and German Brewer Georg Hojson. This collab brought together German lager yeast and like cold stuff, and the English Brewer guy brought Citra Cryo, Nectaron, & Mosaic from the future somehow and they created the first ever Imperial Cold DIPA! Yep, they even air freighted this beer super cold in 16oz cans to early California gold miners and this high abv hop bomb became a tradition the week after Thanksgiving. We honor this beer style together with our best Pallys™ from the Bay Area and give you something from the past to enjoy now.
*Like A Million Suns*
DDH Hazy IPA w/ Mostly Citra, & a lil bit of Simcoe
Using a blend of our palest Pilsner malt, rolled Wheat, and old fashioned Oats, this one is focused on all those Mango hits from that super yummo Citra we’ve got, but then gets hit with just a dab of Simcoe that shows through with a lovely Pineapple character. Tasting notes? Mango sorbet, Pineapple Whiiiips, and those delish gummy peach rings.
Hazy IPA w/ Nelson, Motueka & Galaxy
Fire alarms, space shuttles being launched into space, your neighbors lawn mower at 6am on a Saturday morning. These are just a few of the loudest things around…but our good ‘ol pal Cheeky and his buds take the cake. When they all get together, they’re almost as loud as this juice bomb of an IPA! Bursting with notes of ripe mango, dried pineapple, fruit loops, and noise complaints.
Just One Thing...Citra
DDH Hazy DIPA w/ 100% Citra
It’s our little series of beers highlighting the extremes of one single hop variety, double dry hopped to overload the senses with all of what it is. Our hand-selected lot of Citra from Yakima Valley hits with a flavor profile of Orange Sherbet, Dole Whip soft serve, fresh grand daddy purple, mandarin zest and those vanilla frosting vibes that I can’t get enough of.
*Meet You Where You Are*
Hazy DIPA w/ Citra, Southern Cross & Riwaka
Layered with old fashioned oats and raw white wheat, we hit the dry hop with a super dope blend of New Zealand and Pacific Northwest hops. The beer has an awesome fruit character that comes across super juicy, with lots of honeydew, a bit of orange creamsicle, and even a squeeze of Sauv Blanc.
Pumpkin Spice Rhymes With Nice
Winter Ale w/ Super Yummy Spices
We hear that Winter Ales are making a BIG comeback this winter season. Yep! We’re not lying. Was it GQ or Forbes talking about it? Not sure who exactly, but either way, they definitely said, “The best way to spread holiday cheer is drinking super yummy spices in your holiday beer!” Couldn’t believe how poignant that was, how succinct…how rhymey! And here we are releasing one today?! Ours hits with all the right amounts of cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, allspice and ginger, and pairs perfectly with all the caramel and turbinado like flavors from the base beer’s maltiness.
Nitro Rye Stout w/ Toasted Coconut
Like taking a bite out of a Coconut Chocolate Candy Bar, it's full-bodied and a tad sweet, from the use of chocolaty malted barley and a huge addition of real toasted coconut! Lightly shake the can a bit, and then pour fast into your favorite pint glass to experience all the creaminess that nitro brings to this tasty treat!
A Gin & Tonic-style Hard Seltzer
Our Fall iteration takes our stronger, more contemporary-style G&T, and moves it in an even more modern direction. Leading with Juniper & Quinine, we’ve steeped this one on a blend of fresh citrus zest, dried spices, fresh sage, and dried hibiscus flowers. It delivers a lovely balance of sweetness, acidity, booze, and bitterness to hit that drinking experience just right. Served over ice, with dried star anise and a mist of lovely aromatics. If you like to take yours the more traditional route, feel free ask for a lime wedge instead.
