We’ve got some Hard Lemonade for sale! And look at that color! That beautiful, natural color comes from the use of an insane amount of lavender pods that we use to brew a ginormous, fresh batch of lavender tea, that then gets blended with our lemonade-style seltzer. It drinks pretty balanced, with the acidity and sweetness hitting at just the right level, and then a soft tannic hit of dryness from the lavender. Enjoy straight out of the can, or pour over ice. Also legit with a dram of Old Tom Gin.
Inspired by the Paloma cocktail, Pierre has been hard at work these last few months trying to create the most perfect version of this yummo refresher using only the purest ingredients. Pink grapefruit juice, lots of grapefruit zest, and cane sugar come together with just the right amount of booze, acidity, and richness for that perfect sip of vacation vibes. You can enjoy this one at our spot, or take home cans to enjoy at yours. Served with a 'lil ice and a fresh grapefruit wheel.
The story? We got together with the Crafter Of Spells™️ himself to search for what some would call “the glass that could not be found”. We didn’t even know where the heck to start, so we searched through every ruin, sunken ship, and even those caves with all the booby traps in them from Indiana Jones, until we discovered….THE FISHBOWL OF YOUTH!!! As legend goes, those who drink from the Fishbowl shall immediately be like 10 years younger and waaaaaaay cooler. Ps. The legend is true! • • • • What exactly is it? We started with our very own Rum Wash that we made from scratch for this one, which is a fermentation of raw cane sugar and molasses, but with no distillation. From there, we added plenty of grapefruit and lime, and then went heavy on the spices via allspice and a little cherry bark. Some other little bits and pieces are in there too, but we like to call all those the secretsssssssss. • • • • How’s it taste? Well, we’re excited to report…that it’s exactly what we wanted!!! It tastes just like a Planter’s Punch, which is a cocktail of rum, lime, allspice dram, and bitters. Ours is wonderfully strong, citrus forward, with a heavy spice hit that lingers in the finish.
The healthy portion of rice used to make this one does freak’n wonders to the beer! It lightens up the body, and the color, and makes for what some Pallys would call suuuuuper criiiiiiiiiiiispy! It’s a beer made for literally EVERY occasion. Eating yummo food? Drink this. Going to your favorite brewpub to hang with Cheeky? This one! Showing your friends a magic trick where the beer continues to just “disappear”? This OOOOONE!!!
Now listen here, y’all. We all know that one beer struttin’ around callin’ itself the “King of Beers”? Well, let’s be honest…maybe it’s time for that ol’ fella to pass the crown, yeah? To say, this 'lil guy right here? He’s the Kang! Light, crispy, and goes down smoother than the guitar solo in Free Bird. It’s the ultimate refreshin’ lager to sip with your favorite Pallys™ while you’re grillin' dogs or watchin’ the neighbor accidentally set off fireworks a smidge too early. With a focus on super cold crushability, this American Lager’s the only thang that'll do the trick this 4th of July! (and of course, any ol’ scorcher of a day when you’re sweat’n like a sinner in church) We don’t wanna ruffle any royal feathers here, but this thang just may be…dare we say…the Kang of beers!
A few years back we had the absolute honor to brew at The Good Ship Firestone Walker with one of the leaders in our industry, as well as one of our favorite humans on the planet, The Brynildson™️ (aka @fw_brewmaster ) !!! We dreamed up a little saison that we turned on its head via NZ hops, along with a yeast strain that creates lots of yummy tropical vibes through and through. This beer is that beer with just a few lil tweaks. Tasting notes? Fresh citrus is vibrant on this one, with a key lime and mandarin vibe coming out strong, along with a hit of NZ Sauv blanc and Strawberry Guava too. The palate is wonderfully easy drinking and perfect for this warm weather.
Using all German ingredients, except for the water, each batch is another baby step towards recreating what we’ve experienced in Munich. Straw in color, with a subtly and nuance that is hard to describe and instead needs to be experienced! Notes of fresh baked bread, herbal tea, and puffed rice, create a beer style that is praised for it’s liter-worthy drinkability.
Max out of our Costa Mesa brewery lead the charge on this one, using Italian coastal barley and German grown Saphir hops. His love for Horror movies is shown in the name and through the art, paying homage to an over the top Italian Horror movie from the 70’s. Wonderfully aromatic with a dried lemon zest vibe along with some sage. The body is light on the palate, but the hops fill it out to create a wonderful tannin structure and a legit snappy bite in the finish.
Using raw wheat, pilsner malt, old fashioned oats, noble hops, and then fermented with a super yummo Belgian yeast. We finished it off with fresh ground coriander and some dried orange peel that we made ourselves by zesting and drying locally grown oranges. The result is a thirst quencher and definitely a reminder to us of how much we love this beer style! The spice and zest are present, but without trampling all over the expressive yeast.
Oh...you came here looking for a description? So sorry Pally...you've just gotta know, ya know? Kidding! Our Michi Mix is crafted from scratch in house and served with one of our yummo light beers over ice & rimmed with secret blend of chili salt.
Quick story. So I was out getting ice cream one day with the kiddos. I love ice cream. But I did not love the bill I was given. It was like $30 for 2 ice creams. Well, yeah, of course the kids got all the toppings mixed in, but that’s because the person working asked the kids, not me, if they wanted them! So there I was, paying for this massively priced bill, and the ice cream scooping worker, who couldn’t have been a day over 20, looks right through me, hands me a lollipop, and says “it’s a bad day to be in a bad mood”. Tasting notes? Rainbow sherbet, guava sorbet, pineapple tidbits, and a fistful of sprinkles. (There is no ice cream in this one)
This one gets first wort hopped, burst hopped, hop dipped, dry hopped, and hop kief’d. With each changing year, there’s so many techniques and products to have fun with, we wouldn’t be us without trying them all. Tasting notes? Think orange lollipops, strawberry candy, fuzzy mango skin, and the freshest devil’s lettuce.
We took our West Coast IPA is Dead recipe, lightened up the color, and switched hops over to Mosaic and Nelson. Super punchy on the aromatics, with some well rounded bitterness and lots of ripe mango, Riesling, and that cotton candy pixie dust that Connor Casey loves so much!
Another DDH West Coast IPA? Yep! When there’s just so many ways to do it, it’s hard to not keep ‘em comin’. We turned the volume up on the hops, with a bit more easy listening on the palate. A different play on the way we normally structure the bitterness on our West Coast IPAs, so that it drinks a bit lighter, but while still playing the greats of some of our favorite hop varieties, and keeping it loud on hop saturation from sniff to sip. Tasting notes? Not quite The Cranberries, but more like The Lemonheads, with a fair amount of Fruit Bats, and even some Passion Pit thrown in.
The fire glowed beneath, steadfast and unyielding. The kettle boiled, it's breath heavy in the still air. Beneath the foam, a great aroma rose, rich and unrelenting. Then at last: hop upon hop, malt upon malt. BLACK. Deep as the abyss, immeasurably smooth. A mountain of Mosaic loomed vast, crowned with a gate of clean, unerring bitterness. A tower of Ekuanot ascended, and the plains of Chinook stretched into shadowed infinity. They saw it: The Doom Sludge All thirst departed.
It’s our series of beers highlighting the extremes of one single hop variety, double dry hopped to overload the senses with all of what it is. This batch uses our lot of Nelson Bliss from our pals at @freeestylehops , a blended varietal where they mix together an early harvest lot of Nelson Sauvin with a late harvest lot of Nelson Sauvin, in order to try to get the best of both worlds. This Nelson helps create a flavor profile of yummy ripe guava, Oro Blanco Grapefruit, NZ Sauv Blanc, and Cotton Candy.
We convinced ourselves that Idaho 7 could potentially play nicely with Citra if used at the right amount, and added at the right time. Well, let me tell you, we were right! The Idaho 7 adds a rich layer of hoppiness that stays underneath all the Citra, and doesn't overwhelm all the mango and orange soda vibes we are looking for.
This one is aaaaaaall about the super yummo tropical fruit from the legit blend of New Zealand’s Nelson, Riwaka, and Rakau, brought together with America’s finest Citra. The result is wonderfully hazy, super pale, and hits with layers of pineapple juice, kiwi, and passionfruit.
This one brings together a fun hop combo of two New Zealand varietals (Wai-ti and Superdelic) with another out of Washington that needs no introduction (Citra). The Wai-ti brings the peach and stone fruit, the Superdelic brings bright citrus and tropical fruit, while the Citra really helps pull through lots of lovely mango and more zesty citrus. The result? The mouthfeel on this batch is lovely! Full bodied and textured, with just the right amount of hop tannins. Flavor is big on the ripe mango, along with some grapefruit oils and kiwi.
Back in March, the Crafter Of Spells™️ himself took @mrhopfu and yours truly about 30 minutes outside of Portland for a morning of chase’n waterfalls. I had seen the beauty of these waterfalls from pics that Sam had snap’d, but seeing them in person, DAAAAANG, was just remarkable! So, naturally, not only did we have to listen to TLC, but we also had to make a beer to commemorate this momentous occasion! This triple brings in a heavier oat amount than we’ve used in a long time, and leans heavily into a legit hop blend that we haven’t used before. Tasting notes? The palate is big and juicy, with fresh kiwi bites, orange sherbet licks, with creamy mango and pineapple soft serve in the linger.
We teamed up with our bud, Jeff Duggan of Portola Coffee, to bring you something that looks like a blonde ale, but tastes like a coffee milk stout! It’s full-bodied, creamy like a Portola cappuccino, and hits with flavors of fresh baked chocolate chip cookies, toasted almonds, and coffee, yep, lots of coffee! Each can is ON NITRO, so you’ll want to give it a light shake back and forth, crack it open, and then pour fast, down the side of your pint glass. *contains lactose*
We looooooooove trying to split the G so much, we made our own version of it! Grab your favorite pals and see who can gulp just the right amount to hit the right spot below the clouds on this beautiful new rainbow glass. What about the beer? Well, It's a draught only option that's a tribute to a certain from the bestest cold/wet island, pours black in color, has a legit tan foamer of a head, and it is wonderfully easy to drink. Pairs perfectly with good times and rad vibes. Can you drink below the clouds?
The classics are THE CLASSICS for a reason, am I right? This tried and true malty wonder is a testament to the age ol’ adage of “Irish Red’s are perfect as is and shouldn’t be messed with”. Maybe your Mom didn’t teach you that one, but either way we’ve got it on tap right now! A lovely burnt red in color, with a delicious maltiness that carries layers of caramelized sugars and toasty yumminess. The finish is smooth.
Get all those vacationy vibes locked in with the return of this pink wonder. It's our beloved Berliner-style Weisse with an insane amount of real guava added to it during fermentation. It proudly remains super sessionable and lovingly tart and juicy, with lots of fresh Guava aromatics and flavor.
PLINY THE ELDER - (Double IPA) Brewed with Amarillo, Centennial, CTZ, Cascade, Warrior, and Simcoe hops. Well-balanced with malt, hops, and alcohol. Slightly bitter with aromas of citrus, pine, and floral.
A Sparkiling Non-Alcoholic Lemon Seltzer w/ Lavender & a Kiss Of Sweetness Everyone's favorite seltzer kicks off 2026 with a N/A twist! We took the recipe you know and love, and changed as little as possible for this special offering. We turned the abv down to 0.4% but kept the Lavy, the Lemmy, and of course, the purple way up at 100. And look at that color!
