A Spiked Sparkling Lemon Water w/ Lavender and a kiss of sweetness
We’ve got some Hard Lemonade for sale! And look at that color! That beautiful, natural color comes from the use of an insane amount of lavender pods that we use to brew a ginormous, fresh batch of lavender tea, that then gets blended with our lemonade-style seltzer. It drinks pretty balanced, with the acidity and sweetness hitting at just the right level, and then a soft tannic hit of dryness from the lavender. Enjoy straight out of the can, or pour over ice. Also legit with a dram of Old Tom Gin.

Pierre's Paloma
A Paloma-Style Hard Seltzer
Inspired by the Paloma cocktail, Pierre has been hard at work these last few months trying to create the most perfect version of this yummo refresher using only the purest ingredients. Pink grapefruit juice, lots of grapefruit zest, and cane sugar come together with just the right amount of booze, acidity, and richness for that perfect sip of vacation vibes. You can enjoy this one at our spot, or take home cans to enjoy at yours. Served with a 'lil ice and a fresh grapefruit wheel.

Naked And Famous Fizz
A Fizzy Agave Hard Seltzer w/ Alpine & Aperitivo Botanicals & A lil’ smoked Citrus
We got together with the good good people at Tip Top Proper Cocktails and dreamed, and dreamed, until we came up with this super delish magic fizz! We took inspo from their canned Naked & Famous cocktail, dreaming of it of it as a tall, lower abv, super carbonated version of itself, instead of the strong sipping cocktail that it is. We started with a 100% Blue Agave fermentation, hit it with smoked citrus, and a range of Alpine and Aperitivo botanicals. The result? Beautifully burnt orange in color, with lots of fine bubbles, and insanely refreshing! The balance between the fresh lime, saffron, herbal, (very delicate waft of) smoke, and its firm acidity in the finish, make it a summer time delight!

Our Finest Czech-Style Pilsner
We brewer’s are our happiest when we can take our time making a lager that we’re all stoked to drink. Using a mix floor malted pilsner malt, saaz hops from the mother land, and a lager yeast that helps express the maltiness of the beer. Compared to German Pils, you’ll find this a bit richer and fuller, with a dab of mid palate sweetness that pairs well with the fine bitterness you can expect from this type of beer. Tasting notes? doughy bread, alpine herbs, and a lil honey.

Helles-Style Lager
Using all German ingredients, except for the water, each batch is another baby step towards recreating what we’ve experienced in Munich. Straw in color, with a subtly and nuance that is hard to describe and instead needs to be experienced! Notes of fresh baked bread, herbal tea, and puffed rice, create a beer style that is praised for it’s liter-worthy drinkability.

Tangier!?! In This Economy?!?
West Coast Pils w/ 100% Tangier Hops
One of the newest hops in our brewery is Tangier, a hop variety from @segalhopranch out of the Yakima Valley in Washington. It’s getting a lot of buzz in the brewery world right now, for good reason, and so we wanted to see what it could do in one of our West Coast Pils! We’re stoked on the results, as it shows a lot of yummy zesty citrus from each snip to each sip. Think mandarin oils as the prominent hit, with lil bits of lemon and grapefruit trailing behind, along with a bit of fresh orange blossoms.

What a blessing to be able to hang and brew with one of our absolute favorites in the industry year after year….@mrhopfu of North Park Beer for our annual West Coast IPA release! This year’s release from us is a snapshot of what Kelsey currently considers the most tried and true North Park style of making West Coast IPA’s. It’s full bodied and intense! With fresh pine, orange zest and the devil’s lettuce. It’s so oily and hop saturated, that we even ended up with a touch of haze ?. Sticky resin lingers on the tongue. Sip after sip. Gulp after gulp.

DDH West Coast DIPA w/ Mosaic. Krush Cryo, & Nectaron
This hop blend comes together in a way that compliments each single varietal, playing to each hops strength in a way we’re pretty pumped on! I could say that we did that on purpose, and yes our tinkering is thoughtful, but landing here with these aromatics is so doooope. Tasting notes? Think gummy bears. A big handful of em. Terps for days. Orange Bang. A dab of fresh pine. The linger is long and sticky, with plenty of hop burps.

A DDH Hazy IPA w/ Citra, Nelson, Motueka, & Peacharine
DDH Hazy IPA w/ Citra, Peacharine, Motueka, & El Dorado, 7.0% abv. Pull’n a Rabbit out of hat every week is no easy task. And hey, we don’t think every batch is a magic trick, but we could argue that this one is! Love’n the texture on this hop bomb, and the layers of bright fruit in the aromatics. Tasting Notes? Think peach pie, squirt, and cotton candy.

Our Nelson and Riwaka from @freestylehops gets highlighted in this one, with Citra heavily layered in. The result? Think passionfruit sorbet, fresh mango with sticky rice, along with some lovely zestiness.

DDH Hazy TIPA w/ Citra & Peacharine
We wanted to intensify the peachy character of our house yeast strain with a hop that would compliment it in all the right ways. So @freestylehops Peacharine was the perfect fit here! All the mango vibes from the Citra play together with that peachy character of the Peacharine in a way that seems like we’ve been working with this hop combo forever, even though it’s our first time. Tasting notes? Peach rings and gummy worms.

Like taking a bite out of a Coconut Chocolate Candy Bar, it's full-bodied and a tad sweet, from the use of chocolaty malted barley and a huge addition of real toasted coconut! Lightly shake the can a bit, and then pour fast into your favorite pint glass to experience all the creaminess that nitro brings to this tasty treat!

Nitro Golden Milk Stout w/ Portola Coffee & Pumpkin Spices
It’s that special time of year where we all could use a bit more spice in our lives, so let’s talk about this deep golden wonder! It uses lots of a fresh roasted Colombian coffee from our pals at @portolacoffee , just the right amount of milk sugar, and then gets hit with a mix of super secret spices (shhhhhhh it’s cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, clove, and a dab of ginger). This one is packed heavily with nitro as well, to further help create a super-yummo-spiced-up-cold-latte-like drinking experience!

Collab w/ One Drop // A Red Mango Ice Cream Smoothie Sour
We teamed up with our friend Nick from One Drop out of Sydney for this one. If you’re not familiar with his work, we here at The Cheek consider him the official Smoothie Beer Legend™️ of Australia, or heck, maybe even the world!?!? He gave us all his secrets on this one and we’re pretty dang excited to have you taste it. It’s a wheat beer that goes through a unique souring process with lactobacillus, then through alcoholic fermentation with kviek yeast, and then gets hit with CRAAAAAAZY levels of Mango, Dragonfruit, Coconut Cream, Banana, and even (dairy free) Soft Serve Mix ?. It’s thick, creamy, and so fruit forward. It’s like drinking a tropical sherbet, with your best friend, at the beach, where no booze is allowed.
