We’ve got some Hard Lemonade for sale! And look at that color! That beautiful, natural color comes from the use of an insane amount of lavender pods that we use to brew a ginormous, fresh batch of lavender tea, that then gets blended with our lemonade-style seltzer. It drinks pretty balanced, with the acidity and sweetness hitting at just the right level, and then a soft tannic hit of dryness from the lavender. Enjoy straight out of the can, or pour over ice. Also legit with a dram of Old Tom Gin.
Inspired by the Paloma cocktail, Pierre has been hard at work these last few months trying to create the most perfect version of this yummo refresher using only the purest ingredients. Pink grapefruit juice, lots of grapefruit zest, and cane sugar come together with just the right amount of booze, acidity, and richness for that perfect sip of vacation vibes. You can enjoy this one at our spot, or take home cans to enjoy at yours. Served with a 'lil ice and a fresh grapefruit wheel.
Our yearly celebration to all the moms out there leans heavily, and I mean heavily, into highlighting real peaches in the best way we know how! Peachified to the absolute most craziest levels, with nearly all the peaches added during fermentation to create a wonderfully dry & sparkling liquid (and not a smoothie sour). The result is like biting into a fresh peach, with just the right amount of juiciness, and a finish that is wonderfully clean, without too much of this or that. Cheers to all the moms out there!
The story? We got together with the Crafter Of Spells™️ himself to search for what some would call “the glass that could not be found”. We didn’t even know where the heck to start, so we searched through every ruin, sunken ship, and even those caves with all the booby traps in them from Indiana Jones, until we discovered….THE FISHBOWL OF YOUTH!!! As legend goes, those who drink from the Fishbowl shall immediately be like 10 years younger and waaaaaaay cooler. Ps. The legend is true! • • • • What exactly is it? We started with our very own Rum Wash that we made from scratch for this one, which is a fermentation of raw cane sugar and molasses, but with no distillation. From there, we added plenty of grapefruit and lime, and then went heavy on the spices via allspice and a little cherry bark. Some other little bits and pieces are in there too, but we like to call all those the secretsssssssss. • • • • How’s it taste? Well, we’re excited to report…that it’s exactly what we wanted!!! It tastes just like a Planter’s Punch, which is a cocktail of rum, lime, allspice dram, and bitters. Ours is wonderfully strong, citrus forward, with a heavy spice hit that lingers in the finish.
A lovely German-style lager made the best way we know how and kept at the mostest crushable abv! The long and cold fermentation, all the German grown ingredients, along with the naturally developed carbonation really make this Leichtbier suuuuuuper unique. We’re proud of it and hope you dig it too. Come by for a liter or three.

It’s the ultimate refreshin’ lager to sip with your favorite Pallys™ while you’re grillin' dogs or watchin’ the neighbor accidentally set off fireworks a smidge too early. With a focus on super cold crushability, this American Lager’s the only thang that'll do the trick this 4th of July! (and of course, any ol’ scorcher of a day when you’re sweat’n like a sinner in church) We don’t wanna ruffle any royal feathers here, but this thang just may be…dare we say…the Kang of beers!
If you're looking for those Modelo vibes, without all the skunkiness, we've got you! This crusher hits light and easy, with a subtle sweetness that pairs perfectly with a lil fresh squeeze of lime.
Using raw wheat, pilsner malt, old fashioned oats, noble hops, and then fermented with a super yummo Belgian yeast. We finished it off with fresh ground coriander and some dried orange peel that we made ourselves by zesting and drying locally grown oranges. The result is a thirst quencher and definitely a reminder to us of how much we love this beer style! The spice and zest are present, but without trampling all over the expressive yeast.
We got together with our good good pals Kevin and Curtis who we’ve known for a loooooong time. Kevin brewed and cooked locally before opening up a rad smashburger spot with his good friend Curtis, who we used to work with out of our spot in Costa Mesa. So to celebrate these two wonderful humans’ 3 year anniversary, we had them in our brewhouse for the day, where they brewed with us and selected what hops to use and when. The result? The Nelson and Citra hit the hardest, with a yummo mix of cotton candy grapes and fresh pomelo zest. Come get it!
Back in January, I had the pleasure of drinking this beer at the Japan Brewer’s Cup made by our good good tomodachi, Ryo of Craftrock! Ryo explained his process of using of sake rice with koji to convert the rice’s starch into sugar, and then mixing together the barley mash once that step was complete. He sent us his exact recipe that we then brewed on our system for our next installment of the Ghostwriter’s Series! Tasting notes? Think lemongrass, diesel, grapefruit zest, and medical grade mowee wowee.
The fire glowed beneath, steadfast and unyielding. The kettle boiled, it's breath heavy in the still air. Beneath the foam, a great aroma rose, rich and unrelenting. Then at last: hop upon hop, malt upon malt. BLACK. Deep as the abyss, immeasurably smooth. A mountain of Mosaic loomed vast, crowned with a gate of clean, unerring bitterness. A tower of Ekuanot ascended, and the plains of Chinook stretched into shadowed infinity. They saw it: The Doom Sludge All thirst departed.
This one comes in with a lovely blend of carefully selected hops that work together with some yummo terpenes from our pals at @abstraxhops . The terps used in this are organic compounds made from botanicals that smell like cannabis and hops. Tasting notes? Think super fresh nugs, grapefruit oil, Mary Jane, kiwi, and a linger of the devil’s lettuce.
Another Shade of Green // DDH California IPA w/ Mosaic, Nectaron, Citra Cryo, 7.2% abv This week’s release is a mix of the best of what the pacific northwest has to offer with mosaic and citra cryo, along with our favorite lot of nectaron from our pals at @machops . We kept this one super pale in color, hit it generously on the hot side to get that grippy tannin structure on the palate, and doubled it up on the dry hop to get that flavor and aroma pop’n. Tasting notes? Think pineapple, tangerine, blueberry, and even a hit of kiwi.
Brewed with lots and lots of milk sugar to create a creamy, full bodied beer, hopped like crazy with Citra hops and then soaked on toasted coconut shreds, it's a Coconut Milkshake IPA!
One in a series of beers highlighting the extremes of what one single hop varietal can do, and then double dry hopped to overload the senses with all of what it is. Peacharine is a lovely hop coming from @freeestylehops own breeding program that gets its name from the rich peach and nectarine vibes that it throws. We tasted: The floral character that jumps out of the glass is beautiful orange blossoms and jasmine flowers. The fruit follows, with lots of mango sorbet and kumquat, and even a bit of cotton candy.
Back in March, the Crafter Of Spells™️ himself took @mrhopfu and yours truly about 30 minutes outside of Portland for a morning of chase’n waterfalls. I had seen the beauty of these waterfalls from pics that Sam had snap’d, but seeing them in person, DAAAAANG, was just remarkable! So, naturally, not only did we have to listen to TLC, but we also had to make a beer to commemorate this momentous occasion! This triple brings in a heavier oat amount than we’ve used in a long time, and leans heavily into a legit hop blend that we haven’t used before. Tasting notes? The palate is big and juicy, with fresh kiwi bites, orange sherbet licks, with creamy mango and pineapple soft serve in the linger.
The classics are THE CLASSICS for a reason, am I right? This tried and true malty wonder is a testament to the age ol’ adage of “Irish Red’s are perfect as is and shouldn’t be messed with”. Maybe your Mom didn’t teach you that one, but either way we’ve got it on tap right now! A lovely burnt red in color, with a delicious maltiness that carries layers of caramelized sugars and toasty yumminess. The finish is smooth.
pFriem Frambozen is made by adding fresh raspberries to our Lambic-inspired ale, resulting in a deep fuchsia, pink foam-topped nectar, with perfumy aromas of fresh fruit, flavors of fresh jam, and a tart, prickly finish. If that sounds intriguing, just wait until you taste it!

A Sparkiling Non-Alcoholic Lemon Seltzer w/ Lavender & a Kiss Of Sweetness Everyone's favorite seltzer kicks off 2026 with a N/A twist! We took the recipe you know and love, and changed as little as possible for this special offering. We turned the abv down to 0.4% but kept the Lavy, the Lemmy, and of course, the purple way up at 100. And look at that color!
